General Comments: 
Issued in a standard case with a booklet. "Made in Austria" printed on CD. I think the second issue released in New Zealand and probably Australia. The booklet contains no artwork as I suspect it was rushed and issued before the artwork had arrived etc. The front cover art is a little blurred and has the man holding a mirror and a Green Logo. It is possibly a copy of the LP cover. Same artwork as the Japanese CDCBS460188 2 release.
