General Comments: 
Issued in a standard case with a booklet. "Manufactured by CBS/Sony Inc. in Japan" written on CD. Original issue released in New Zealand and probably Australia. The booklet contains no artwork as I suspect it was rushed and issued before the artwork had arrived etc. The front cover art is a little blurred and has the man holding a mirror and a Green Logo. It is possibly a copy of the LP cover.
