Issued in a standard case with a fold out insert. "Record manufactured in Japan by CBS/Sony,Tokyo, Japan.......Manufactured by Columbia Records/CBS Inc./51 W. 52 Street, New York, N.Y.........." printed on the rear cover and booklet. "Now Made In The U.S.A........" written near the barcode on the rear cover. (Added to the original artwork once the CD was pressed in the US). Note: I believe this to be the first US pressing due to the "Now Made in the U.S.A.. note and the Hand written Matrix Info. The CD looks very similar to the second issue CK 33453 CD.
