Issued in a double "fatboy" case with booklet. "....Imported and Distributed by CBS Music Products Inc./Importe et Distribue par Produits de Musique CBS Inc., 1113 Leslie Street, Don Mills, Ontario M3C 2J9..........." printed on the rear cover. Includes "PRICE CODE - DD - INDICATIF DE PRIX" on the rear cover. From what I can tell this CD set was made in the US for release in Canada. This has similar CD artwork to the 2nd US C2K 44484 issue, however the DIDP number is in a different position on this disc.
