General Comments: 
A nine track promo issued in a card slipcase. "All tracks are taken from The Pink Floyd box set 'Shine On' " and  "PROMOTION ONLY - NOT FOR RESALE" printed on the rear cover. No place of manufacture stated anywhere. I assume it has been made in the UK due to the Swindon reference in the Matrix. It is Rumoured that there were only 400 of these CD's made. This is the UK equivalent of the similar US Promo CSK 4848 issued in a standard CD case.
