Issued in a re-sealable plastic bag and includes a special book like case complete with hard covers, cloth spine and foil-blocked spine lettering (Booklets for the various countries possibly all made in Italy?). Includes an Obi (shown) and an additional paper booklet with Japanese text.  "...Manufactured and Distributed by Columbia Records, A Division of SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT / 550 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022-3211....." printed on the rear cover of the booklet. The booklet seems to be the same as the US release - hence the Obi covering the full rear cover. "Manufactured by Sony Music Japan International Inc......" printed on the Obi.
