This is a "Special Edition" Japanese issue and includes a Bonus DVD Tilted "Live And In Session". The DVD is in a card slipcase pakaged with the booklet. Issued in a re-sealable plastic bag with a sticker on the cover (shown) and includes an Obi (shown) and an additional paper booklet with Japanese text. As originaly issued the CD is in a special book like case complete with hard covers, cloth spine and foil-blocked spine lettering (Booklets for the various countries possibly all made in Italy?). "...Manufactured and Distributed by Columbia Records, A Division of SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT / 550 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022-3211....." printed on the rear cover of the booklet. The booklet seems to be the same as the US release - hence the Obi covering the full rear cover. "Manufactured by Sony Music Japan International Inc......" printed on the Obi.
