As originaly issued the CD is Issued in a special book like case complete with hard covers, cloth spine and foil-blocked spine lettering (Booklets for the various countries possibly all made in Italy?). Includes a sticker on the cover (shown) . "Distributed in Australia by SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED....." printed on the DVD. Has both the "CMV" and "SONY&BMG" logos on the DVD. I Have assumed this DVD was pressed in Australia as the place of manufacture is not stated.
