this album. As
purchased in New Zealand a "M" rating (16 Years and over) sticker has
been placed on the cover for the DVD portion. "...www.sonybmg.com.au"
printed on the CD. "Distributed in Australia by
SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT (AUSTRALIA)
PTY LIMITED....."
printed on the rear cover. Seems to have a printing error on the rear
cover with the "Carbon Neutral" and "Wireman" Logos printed a second
time slightly offset. Has both the "SONY&BMG" and "Columbia"
logos on the CD.
The number on the DVD does not seem to correspond to the catalogue
number on the case spine. Also has "NTSC - Zone 0" on the DVD where as the rear
cover indicates it is a PAL Disc. Note: It has been assumed this Disc
was made in Australia as the place of Manufacture is not stated
anywhere.
