General Comments: 
Reissue issued in a standard case with a fold out insert. "Manufactured by Columbia Records/CBS Inc./51 W. 52 Street, New York, N.Y..... Printed in USA" printed on the rear cover and slick. Basically the same as the earlier CK 34474 issue but with the placement of the text altered on the CD label. The CD label also has "DIDP 020206" added.
